A:		 Can I join the Banner-Index without placing any advertising on my website?
Yes, you can.  You can advertise with the Banner-Index without hosting ads, but you can only get free advertising if you will host Banner-Index ads.  Our paid advertising works the same way as all of our ads.  Ads are served through the same system, and on any of our member sites.  Paid advertising pays for our server space and bandwidth.  Any excess is placed in a fund that will be used for upgrading and customizing our ad server system.  Good programmers are expensive, so please buy lots of ads!
